The Rotary Club of Chapla Sunrise wraps up a great year with a Brunch Social with special guest Distrito 4140 RotaryGovernor José Enrique García Vidrio. We enjoyed a wonderful social, with our district governor, and President Nicci Beninger announced that Velia Unzueta raised over 200 toys for local kids!
